Vicenza stone in gardens

We collaborate with garden designers to create, including custom-made, stone artifacts for parks, villas, hotels, private gardens, public spaces and terraces. We know how to advise the customer: we provide guidance on different materials and their storage in outdoor environments. Ours is also a consulting service that includes, in addition to the design of stone artifacts, the evaluation of spaces and the development of proposals to enhance and decorate outdoor environments. We know the tradition and style of the Italian garden, but we have also had a lot of experience with other European styles (French and English garden, in particular). In our artisan workshop we hand-carve statues and sculptures of any size, in Renaissance, Baroque or Neoclassical styles. We can make works following the plans provided by architects and designers, to adapt garden sculpture to the contemporary. At our headquarters we have a large warehouse with ready-made and immediately usable pieces, to which different finishes can be applied depending on the context or needs expressed.

Thinking about the original vocation of our stone, we proudly recall its use in the gardens of Palladio’s Venetian villas. A noble example, which has come intact in contemporary times, has made our country famous in the world and formed a solid foundation for the development of other garden types such as the English and French gardens. Stone enhances these spaces, accompanying the geometric settings of hedges with decorative architectural elements such as fountains, mythological figures, allegorical figures, musicians, animals, commedia dell’arte masks, and Olympian gods.
